On this week's episode, I sit down with Brooke Brzozwoske to hear what she learned as a Leadership Coach and discuss her advice for approaching difficult conversations. She currently works as Chief, Force Management, Secretary of the Air Force Office of Public Affairs, the Pentagon, Washington D.C. She is also a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching Certification program and trained in Presence-Based Leadership coaching. Brooke coaches leaders and teams, inside and outside the federal government, and assists them in increasing their self and social awareness and effectiveness.
